Welcome! We are a Private Membership Association. To schedule sessions, you must first become a member at our center. The cost is $20 for a lifetime membership. You may choose to cancel your membership at any time. Inactive members for twelve months or longer may automatically be unsubscribed and membership canceled.

5D Wellness Center is a Private Member Association (PMA) offering its services to members only. Our services are not open to the public. Membership is required prior to being able to schedule sessions. The life-time membership cost of $20 covers the member and their dependent(s) up to 17 years of age. Each member 18 and older must have their own unique unexpired membership to receive services.

Welcome to 5D Wellness Ministry!
You can make reservations for yourself and others with your membership. However, the system cannot check if the guest you are adding to your reservation is a current 5D Wellness Association member or not. Please make sure that the guests you are adding to your reservation have their memberships established prior to arrival. For example, if you are making a reservation for yourself and a spouse, please make sure your spouse has his/her own separate membership established. If they arrive without a membership, we can assist in establishing one right then and there, but it takes away from the time that your guest should be resting and relaxing in the EE system room.
